Lauren Guccione, Esq.
Lauren Guccione started her practice as a civil litigator. She represented individual, corporate and public entity clients in various types of lawsuits, including general liability, personal injury, construction defect, and professional liability. Some of her successes include winning dispositive motions in superior and Appeal’s court, successful representation of client interests in negotiations and court, and numerous favorable settlements. As a litigator, Lauren’s focus was representing her client’s needs with competence, compassion, and purpose.
Since starting a family of her own, Lauren has focused her practice on estate planning, assisting clients in preparing essential estate planning documents that are tailored to their unique needs and wishes. Lauren’s litigation background helps her to anticipate and mitigate risk and gives her clients multi-faceted representation during all phases of life. Client needs remain the focus of Lauren’s estate planning practice.
Lauren was born and raised in Glendora. She attended the University of La Verne, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. She attended Pepperdine University School of Law, where she served on the Moot Court Board, as Managing Editor of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal and was a member of Pepperdine’s Trial Team. She has a certificate in dispute resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She has been a member of the California Bar since 2016 and is licensed to practice before all courts in California.
